We are looking for a talented and motivated Quality Assurance Tester. You will be responsible for testing software applications and ensure they meet the required quality standards. You are experienced in manual testing of front-end web applications, APIs, and back-end systems. You are also eager to grow your skills and help us transition from manual to automated testing in the future. You will work closely with the development team to identify and report bugs, defects, and usability issues and business requestors to understand the requirements for preparation of test cases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and eventually even test scripts to ensure the quality and usability of our products
• Report defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues and verify fixes
• Proactively identify areas for automation testing and work towards implementing (frontend) automated testing frameworks
• Use G Suite, Slack, Jira for in-house communication, work management and planning
• Plan your sprints with SCRUM team

Desired qualifications and experience

• Proven experience in manual testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
• Demonstrated interest in automation testing, including self-study or formal training (Selenium, Appium or similar)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of WordPress and VueJs is an advantage
• Fluent (or at least advanced) English written and spoken
