What will be your responsibilities?

• Supporting the People & Culture team in talent acquisition – posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Administrative management of personnel documents and databases.
• Assisting with the onboarding process and adaptation of new colleagues.
• Collaborating on People & Culture projects focused on employer branding, employee development, and company culture.
• Organizing training sessions, corporate events, and other People & Culture activities.

Who are we looking for?

• A university student with a focus on Human Resources, People Management, or Psychology.
• An enthusiastic individual with a passion for People & Culture who wants to grow and develop in the fields of IT, recruitment, and HR processes.
• A person with strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive problem-solver and team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a communicative level of English.

Location: Bratislava
Employment Type: Part-time (10 hours/week)
Salary: €8/hour
